INGREDIENTS
- Suji (semolina)
- sugar
- ghee(clarified butter)
- cashews
- ilaichi (cardamom)
- kishmish(raisins)
RECIPE
Firstly take a pan and put 3 full spoons of ghee(clarified butter) and when it gets hot put one cup of semolina and fry it till it become light brown color.
Take two cup of water and slowly pour it in mixture and stir rapidly.Meanwhile you put cardamom powder in it. When this becomes thick and cook put 2 cup of sugar in it stir.
Firstly it becomes liquid and than slowly it will start to become thick . Than put some fried cashews and raisins in it.
Delicious Rawa kesari or Suji ka halwa is Ready.
